Unwind and relax in our Evening Pregnancy Yoga class, designed to support you throughout your pregnancy journey. This calming and nurturing class focuses on gentle stretches, breathing techniques, and mindfulness, helping you to connect with your changing body and growing baby.
Each session will help relieve common pregnancy discomforts, such as back pain and fatigue, while preparing your body and mind for labour. Suitable from 12 weeks, the class is tailored to meet your individual needs, whether you're looking to strengthen, relax, or simply enjoy some peaceful time to yourself.

Welcome and introductions to other mums-to-be
Sense: We begin by encouraging mums-to-be to connect with their bodies and surroundings through mindful awareness.
Breath: Breathing exercises increase blood oxygen levels. The calming effects promote bonding with your baby and are incredibly useful during birth.
Move: Each movement is carefully designed to nurture your changing body and create space for your growing baby. Through gentle stretches and strengthening poses, you’ll ease away tension, relieve discomfort, and feel more in tune with your body’s incredible journey.
Sleep: The class ends with a deep, guided meditation to support stress reduction, improved sleep, enhance wellbeing and further connection to your baby.
