Join us on this course for a special Mummy & Baby Yoga class, designed to strengthen the bond between you and your little one. This gentle class offers a blend of postnatal yoga for mums and calming baby massage for your baby.
Natalie will guide you through yoga postures that help restore core strength, ease tension, and improve overall well-being after birth. At the same time, you’ll learn soothing baby massage techniques to promote relaxation, aid digestion, and support your baby's development.
Perfect for mums with babies from 6 weeks to pre-crawling, this class creates a supportive environment where you can connect with other mums, all while enjoying time with your baby.
Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is a welcoming space for all.
